What are the file formats that RVL system support for signing?
Currently PDF formats are supported for signing.
How many types of e-Sign can I use?
You can use either individual e-signs for personal documents or e-sign for business documents as a part of an Organization. You can have different profiles for different purposes under single account.
Can I sign multiple documents at a time?
Yes. Select the documents and click "sign". You can choose to put either visible or invisible signature.
How do I store or share my e-signed document?
After signing a document, it can be instantly shared from the portal or save the document for future uses.
How much does an e-Sign cost?
Following the stipulated regulation, the unit price for the e-sign service of RVL CA is set as 40 BDT.
How secure is e-sign compared to traditional signature?
e-Sign holds the same legal value as handwritten sign and offers stronger security through encryption technology.
How to verify e-Sign?
There are 3 verification methods:

2. CCA (Govt. authorized) website
3. RVL Validation service
What happens if any change is done after signing a document?
Any change done on a signed document invalidates the signature.
Would my sign be valid after my certificate has expired?
Yes, any document signed within the validity period of the digital certificate would permanently remain valid.
